Felipe was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to us that was wrong with our dryer. He had to come back the next day to fix it. The dryer is working great.

This company is great! They were excellent with communication. After the appointment was made we received an email verifying the date and time. The email also included the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming. Really appreciated that because when Felipe arrived we knew that he was legit. Also, we received a call when Felipe was on his way to our house. He was very nice and figured out what the problem was quickly. He had the needed part based on what he thought the problem might be after talking to us and, therefore, was able to immediately fix it. After his visit ARS promptly emailed a receipt. The receipt has a very detailed description of the steps he took to diagnose the problem and of what was done to fix it. Very happy with every aspect of our experience with Appliance Repair Specialists. Will definitely hire them again for appliance repairs if needed.
