The technician was friendly, professional and did a great job!

He was great, didn’t leave any paperwork so still waiting on that. Appreciate the honesty regarding the dryer we bought and how many problems there have been.

Technician was prompt, personable,knew what he was doing .

The technician spent no more than 5 minutes investigating my concern. Said it was “normal” and it was gas injecting into the system. I reiterated multiple times that this isn’t normal because the fridge has never made this noise before and it had started out of nowhere. He disregarded what I was saying, took a photo of the fridge to “write his report “and left. This was on Saturday, the sound persisted. On Monday I was surprised to find plumbers at my door saying that my neighbor had a leak and they suspected it was coming from my home. They pulled out the refrigerator to find the wall, completely wet from a small leak that was occurring. If the technician had spent time inspecting the issue and addressing my concerns, this would’ve been identified sooner. I now have a wall repair, pipe repair and unknown repairs until further investigation of my downstairs neighbors unit. All because the service technician couldn’t spend more than five minutes investigating my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the service, and I hope there is accountability and assistance with this to remedy the issue. I will be reaching out to your phone and email if necessary.

Isidro was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. He solved the problem and went above and beyond. He was courteous and left everythibg better than he found it.
