Unit needs a firmware update. A lot of the fixes in the release notes have to do with cxs issues. Cx has cycles ending prematurely because of locked rotor and critical lid lock failures. Firmware update fixes these false faults. I tried to update in SmartHQ but the update keeps freezing and the unit wont take the payload. Spoke with Erick to try to get a board directly from GE to ensure latest firmware.; schdld next appmnt for 9/7 SAT !

Drain pump not turning on upon arrival. Water in unit. Removed water and pulled panel to inspect pump. Pump harness was loose. Replugged securely and tested. Drain pump is now working as designed.

Dryer making grinding noise during cycle. The heater housing was bent and scraping the drum. Removed drum and adjusted the housing so its no longer rubbing. Issue is resolved.

Units starter came unplugged from the compressor. Replugged and verified start up. Issue resolved.
