"I have ran a functional testing and unit its failing to ignite and no attempt to reigniting are made. Called whirlpool to document and spoke with Garret, we did measure AC and DC voltages and he recommended replacing the sparkers and harness. SR 7740850365 sparkers harness ; ordrng 1 WPW10324262 (Igniter bake) and 1 WPW10333842 (Igniter broil)"

Tim was professional, arrived in a timely manner and was thorough in troubleshooting my dishwasher. My brand new dishwasher was not powering on. The issue ended up being with my home electrical and not the dishwasher itself, so I needed an electrician to solve the problem. I still did appreciate Tim for coming through, checking everything out and letting me know what was going on.

Tech was dismissive and did not seem to understand the issue we were having. Pretty sure there’s something messed up with the little plastic piece in the hinge of the door because it won’t swing smoothly shut anymore — I’m well aware that the left door needs extra force to shut but it gets stuck at an awkward spot now where it neither fully shuts nor is open enough to trigger the door open alarm. Frustrating service call.
