Cleared drain tube, better positioned the defrost heater, and found initially the freezer fan not functioning. Found evap fan plug pin pulled out. Addressed issue, and verified functionality. Adjusted temps to customers liking. Unit functioning as designed at time of departure.No cost to customer, work done under customers extended warranty."
