"Cx stated u it is very loud during spin. Spun tub by hand and in test mode bad bearing on unit. Provided estimate, Cx declined and chose to purchase new unit; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase)"

"Cx stated oven does not go up past 160 degrees, also light does not turn off. Found rack obstructing door closure reset rack, also cleared out burner orifice for proper ignition, unit now working properly"

"Cx stated unit experienced thermal event and she experienced a spark and smoke. Also stated three companies have tried to fix issue. She stated is not going past 160 degrees and also showed me some wiring issues. Found blue and white wire on harness with exposed wired. Documented. Taped wires so Cx would not get shocked. Also advised no using oven for now. Unit will need new harness, gas regulator because it was in the off position Cx stated they have turned it on before but it shuts off on its own, if safety decides to fix it I can perform vent temp test after as I am not moving forward with expose wires. Cx stated she does not feel comfortable with this unit and will request firefighter report I could not document because she did not have it in hand.; schdld next appmnt for 12/6 FRI !"
