Found some insolation above the evap fan. I removed the fan assembly and cleaned out duct of excess insulation. The noise is no longer there. Also insulation could have been causing cooling issues as well. Job completed

Customer stated that the unit shuts off and clothes are not spun out. Checked unit for error codes found off balance load and over loading codes. Ran unit through diagnostics and found unit working to specs. Customer to sort loads and use HE soap. Tested all works good at this time.

Tyler did a great job repairing our washer. He took time to inform & explain to us the process of the repair & how the washer works best. He had to order the part needed to repair it & was here the next week. He was also punctual on arrival. The washer is working good as long as we Do NOT use the " extra power" button. Thank you Tyler.
