The unit is under extended warranty so no changes for service. The customer complaint is the unit not washing and leaves the pod in the machine after cycle completes. I ran diagnostic and found a f4e3 wash motor not running. It wasnt. I checked voltage and was spotty. It goes from 108-113. Found after replacing the defective latch assembly and removing the error code the mechanic is now back to operating normally. I ran a full diagnostic cycle and all functions checked out ok. I was able to run all diagnostics minus the motor and transmission test because the door will not latch. It tries but is unsuccessful in doing so. Customers complaint is the front left burner not igniting. Found the switch for the front burner loose and not sending spark to the igniter. I reinstalled the switch till it snapped in and all functions are functioning properly now. Job completed.
