Removed and replaced pump and motor. Tested unit. All ops checked good

"JB Out 8/25/22. Inspected dishwasher panorara will found exceedingly high levels of hard water deposits throughout. Removed filter screen and found 99% blocked. Installed an NEWFI deviceAnd verified one fault code repeated 18 times. Not draining. Cleared code. Ran diagnostic test without plugged filter screen cup installed. Verified dishwasher properly fills with water, circulation pump runs spray arms spray and unit drains upon command. also verified temperature of water being supplied to dishwasher as 86°. Recommend customer install point of use hot water heater under kitchen sink directly adjacent to dishwasher set to 125°F. Recommend customer run white vinegar in dishwasher to remove heavy hard water deposits. Also recommend regular use of LEMME shine with each washload to help reduce hard water deposits and blockage. Sent parts back is not needed. Verified proper operation of drain pump and circulation pump. No charge to customer. Job complete"

OVEN KITCHENAID KOCE500ESS Customer having heating issues with the oven not heating properly. Checked temps and they seemed to be ok on my meter. Sensor in diagnostics is reading way high though. Ordering control and sensor ; ordrng 1 W10859573 (sensor) and 1 W11179310 (CONTROL )
