Unit is under warranty. Customer states unit is not holding proper temps. Customer states unit freezer is not cooling to 0 degrees. Evaporator fan checks good. Unit is making ice. Fresh food compartment is cooling. Recommend replacing thermostat and damper. Customer states lights are flickering when doors are opened. Found service pointer related to light issues. "Replaced gasket, control and Ui. Heater gasket. Installed gasket and test for proper seal. Gasket checks good.in formed customer to allow for 24 hours for gasket to set. All components checked good. No error codes present . Job complete."

Cx states when filter installed door pops open. Found cx not closing filter door to fully locked position causing pressure from water to push filter out. Cx does not need filter as supply water is already filtered. Unit functions as designed.
