Tested unit unit is working correctly went through every component and everything checked out fine did not smell or seen anything out of the ordinary aslo check wiring connections from bottom of unit everything checked out find did find customer had no hot water coming in unit so thatll most likely be a pluming issue also notice home did not have air gap witch is crucial to proper drainage and original draining hose is not log enough to have it sitting correctly so it could drain efficiently called jack and informed about my findings will need jack to come out as a second opinion and go over with customer besides that unit is working correctly its just more of a house issue

Set up to remove drain pump. Removed drain pump. Replaced with new drain pump. Unit operating correctly.

Checked out blower wheel. Had a screw in it not sure how it got there and a wheel bushing. Plus unit had a lot of lint in vent area. Cleaned out and unit is working as designed. All checked out. Will keep a eye on it. And customer will call us back in. Job completed

Upon arrival due to furniture obstructions not able to remove dishwasher. Instructed customer. Customer s wanted me to move her furniture. But also mentioned that I could be responsible for damages. Instructed customer to have son-in-law move furniture. Remove dishwasher from location. Installed new heater element. Unit operating correctly at this time.

Find arrival waited 15 minutes for customer to arrive home. Performed diagnostic check calibration checked out . Took three separate readings all with in operating range. Unit operating correctly at this time. called whirlpool tech line reference number 7736105065.
