Jack is an amazing technician! He comes in an uses the the applicance's diagnosis and pinpoints the problem and determines which parts are necessary to repair the issue and determines if parts are in stock or if needed he orders them. Upon receiving the parts the appointment is setup and Jack returns and installs the parts and the world is wonderful again! Thank you Jack!!

We had excellent service and advice. We were shown that the washer had been installed without leveling the feet, so that was adjusted. A squealing issue was also fixed. Thank you!!
