Customer stated she hasnt used her water not ice since I was here. Tested and leak was coming from valve and fill tube. Put in adapter for fill tube and replaced valve. Tested and dont see anymore leaks. Customer is in contact with manufacturer on damage. Fridge is back in place and no leaks. Job completed. She hasnt had water from fridge for 2 weeks from fridge. Thats the complaint plus the water damaged and the hoops and loops trying to get the hole thing covered.

Customer stated unit is not reaching 400 degrees and its at 350. Tried it 3 4 times. Unit is under manufacturer warranty. Same as her fridge and microwave and dishwasher. Aug 29th 2025 escrow. Replacing parts needed in this fridge. Cleaning out freezer. Found the hole should and fan were frozen over. Turn heater on. Found should is frozen solid and needs to be replaced. Customer stated that water seemed to be spraying right to the door. Leaking out the bottom part of the door area. . Complaint is the door not sealing and not latching properly. Lint trap isnt the best were it seems hard to come out and scrapes the area unless you lift up on it. The door doesnt seems to be closing properly. Daniel with tech line. Replacing door. Customer stated that the communication is not responding on Ui. Freezer is still not cooling and found that defrost is not working. Not controlling through diagnostics. Replacing main board and Ui same time. 5304528575 Ui board. Put the defrost heater on 2 times for it to respond and work. Unit also needs to be steamed out and cleaned out were back wall of the freezer can come apart. So freezer fan will work. Can make the later in day.
