JB out 8/29/24.Customer states refrigerator blows warm air. Upon arrival found unit plugged in and running. Verified condenser fan motor and evaporator fan motor running properly. No cold air. Removed compressor unit compartment cover. Verified compressor not running. Verified 122 VAC supplied to compressor starter. Unplugged unit. Removed starter assembly. Verified overload portion of starter is open. This is preventing the compressor from starting or running. Ordering replacement starter part number 5304536666 under the manufactures warranty at no charge to the customer.ORDERING PART; ordrng 1 5304536666 (STARTER FOR COMPRESSOR)

"JB out 8/14/24Customer states clothing is constantly staying with the oil. Additionally, belt, guard and belt broke off. Upon arrival found belt, guard, and belt on top of washing machine. Install replacement cam assembly with new dry belt and new shield. Found dispenser for fabric softener most likely, adding softener to wash the wrong time possibly causing any stains. Ordering replacement Fabric softener dispenser, and two screws ; ordrng 2 W11573574 (SCREW)s and 1 W10793634 (DISPENSER)"
