Ran diagnostics and found F1E1. Cleared error code and ran test cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed. Called techline and went through checks. Agitation passed and capacitor checked good. Unit is plugged into a hanging power strip that is outside of installation guide requiring a dedicated power supply. Techline determined this to be the cause of the issue.SR#7736309494

Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Found the floor kind of slippery and uneven. Releveled the unit and applied some sticky pads to the feet to stabilize the unit. Ran cycle and unit is operating as designed.

Ran cycle and unit would not heat up. Checked high limit thermostat and it tested bad. Replaced high limit thermostat and ran cycle. Unit still did not heat up. Check thermal fuse and it was also open. Replaced thermal fuse and ran cycle unit started sparking from the element. Removed element and found part of the wire broken. Replaced element and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.
