Customer complaint was that the door and seal are not ceiling right on liner of refrigerator. Tested unit and unit is under warranty. Replaced seal on unit and refrigerator door still has a gap per tech line. Customer complaint was that the unit was not working or draining properly. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found that unit had obstruction inside of drain pump preventing unit from draining properly. Cleared out obstruction and cleared drain pump tested unit unit now functions properly job is complete.
