Customer states unit is not heating. Unit is under warranty. Found unit had wire to burner regulator pinched between frame. Freed the wires andbtested and unit was heating. Found low gas flow into burner assem. Can hear the gas but not much of a flame on the burner. Ordering new regulator and burner bar. ; ordrng 1 W11449506 (Regulator) and 1 WP9758078 (Burner)

Customer states unit it is freezing in fridge. Customer is under warranty. Found unit getting cold in fridge. Unit will need it's temps logged before calling techline. Rescheduled customer for tuesday for Data. Loggers install. ; ordrng 1 Dataloggers (Dataloggers)

"No warranty. Customer states unit is not cooling properly and not ice production. Upon arrival found unit temperatures on both compartments warm. Check the freezer evaporator frost pattern and is none. Check the fresh food and has some but unit has a leak on the evaporator for the fresh food compartment. Extended warranty. Customer states unit is getting the ice melt when the ice maker is on. Upon arrival found unit with temperature on the freezer is -2F. Check the unit and found ice box fan isnt working properly. This unit will need new adapter and ice box fan. ; ordrng 1 W10864519 (Adapter)
