Customer experiencing freezing in fridge. Unit is under warranty. Ordering new thermostat and evap fan per techline request. Called and documented with techline the temps we were receiving in the fridge. Informed customer to call customer service to see if there is anyway they could offer her some kind of extended warranty to see if customer can get coverage while experiencing this on going problem. Customer states delicate cycle isn't working. Unit is not under warranty. Upon arrival. Found delicate cycle selected. Lid was open. And tub full of water. Closed lid to start unit and unit advanced through the cycle. And drained unit. Restarted the delicate cycle once all the water was drained out. And unit filled with water. Found that unit was not low agitating. Tested during low speed. At the orange and white wire and had 120V. And checked the orange and white W/ black and had 120V. Looks as the new motor low speed side is defective. ; ordrng 1 WP661600 (Motor)

"Extended warranty. Customer states unit cook top light dont turn off and control dont respond. Install the new control board and fan on the unit. Retest and now control board is working properly, but light is still on, this is related to the infinity switches. This will need all 4 new infinity switches, this because can be safety issues with the light not working how is supposed. ; ordrng 2 7403P37260 (Big infinity switches)s and 2 7403P37360 (Small infinity switches)s"
