The appliance technician Jaime was always so professional and courteous and conscientious of doing what he said he would do. He was prompt and professional but at the same time very respectful of my kitchen and keeping things clean and organized. I highly recommend Jaime and his knowledge and experience of repairing appliances my refrigerator is working great but I know that I could always depend when he comes, it’s gonna get taken care of.

While your technician was professional in demeanor, he did not demonstrate that the appliance was working properly after claiming to have repaired it. He also seemed to be in a hurry to leave without demonstrating that my washing machine worked after he claimed it was fixed. I requested that he stay while I verify that it was working and it was not. Your technician should verify with the customer that the appliance is in working condition before they attempt to leave in a hurry after claiming he fixed it. I did not appreciate that.

Jaime provided outstanding customer service! He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Was a pleasure having Jaime help us out! Would recommend.
