Cx cancelled service at door- cx said they purchase a new unit-

"Fixed- KA delivered part to customer - installed new part (console) tested unit, no errors- temperatures are OK as well- cx ok repair"

"Inspected unit and ran tests. Pulley is squealing and not shifting properly its loud when motor runs to engage. Need to follow up with parts. Its ok to send Cruz to repair if needed. Cx needs to be notified of return vist to make sure someone is home. Requested following Monday, that is my scheduled off day. That is why it would be fine to send any tech, see note. ; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Sprutch) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator)"

"Fixed- found ice maker motor to be stripped and inlet valve to be defective- removed bad ones and then installed new (ice maker, inlet valve) ice maker test pass- water filled mold- allow 12-24 hrs for ice production- cx ok repair"

Need work- sealed system issue- no frost pattern- look at pictures- unit not cooling causing on ice production- inlet valve not working not sending water to ice maker- ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10279909 (Inlet valve)
