Replacing part needed for repair. Tested with replacing vent and hole sump assembly. Unit is working as designed. Unit is under ext warranty and complaint was it wouldnt run with out error codes.

Customer stated this has been doing this around the time the got it. Blocked vent detected and f11 code. Found the unit even needed an update updated it also pulled the front off. Got more lint out of the floor wheel area and vent all cleared and clean.. unit is now running as designed heating better. Customer noticed the difference unit is under manufacturer warranty and the complaint was took long times to dry had multiple times of drying.. job completed

Tony with tech line. Case number 20802308. What tech line recommends is lid lock and a speed sensor. Will give info to customer and let her call customer relations on what to do next. Pressure test and spin test passed. This unit is out of warranty but customer will have to call in to get another concussion. Job completed. Lid lock assembly and there is a New part number WH08X37859. Speed sensor is WH03X32158. Job completed. Complaint is that unit stopped working and couldnt do another wash after main board was replaced. Now its has completely a hole different issue. Concession is needed. Customer received a new ticket number and I talked to Maria in the office and she said she got the email or the new ticket number stating that parts and labor are going to be covered as well. The new ticket number is 075694707.. ; ordrng 1 WH08X37859 (Lock assembly) and 1 WH03X32158 (Speed sensor)

"Replacing parts needed for unit to work properly. Something strange with the gear case and the hub theyre not going incorrectly. The hub ended up breaking the gear case is not fitting makes the basket wobble, gonna re-order the hub and the gear case. there is something definitely wrong with that hub and your case not going together.. parts are defective re-ordered said they had pulled in the shop double checked with Miguel; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Hub), used 1 W10528947 (Hub) from stock"

"Customer stated that the unit will not start every time. Unplug and plug back in and will work. Inverter issue. Codes f67 and a f92 plus f26 out of balance. Unit is also calling for an update on board. Update is for main board, inverter board, accelerometer board and Ui board. Ran pressure test and failed. Tried a spin and failed. Inverter and board need to be replaced. Main board WH22X34397. New part number WH22X35541. Unit is under ext warranty and complaint was they have to unplug and plug ban in unit for it to work. Update completely failed. Pressure test and update. ; ordrng 1 WH22X35541 (Main board)"
