Jack was very thorough, competent and professional. Not only did he fix the leaky freezer gasket and replace the control panel, he did it very quickly. He also gave me helpful ways to insure the french door gasket lasts a long time without deforming and leaking. The best appliance technician out there!

He was nice. He really did nothing. He looked on his computer for a solution. Had my husband turn off the power for 15 seconds. Told us it was dead, cannot get parts for it, what to buy and where to purchase a new one! He left and my husband and I trouble shot it online. He pulled off the front control panel and turned the power off for 15 minutes. It’s now working fine. I almost called you and requested my money back. I feel we did all the work the tech didn’t really want to do. Btw, you can still get after market parts for it.
