Customer stated unit not rinsing correctly. Warranty. Inspected unit and found error from water valve. Replaced water valve from truck stock. and ran diagnostic cycle. unit compete.; used 1 W1165546 (Valve) from stock

Customer stated unit not cooling properly items in freezer warming and lower section of refrigerator. Also starting to warm. Warranty. Inspected unit and found nonresponsive evaporator fan. Replaced the fan and unit is now working as intended.

Customer stated unit had condensation inside refrigerator area. Inspected unit found gapping in gaskets used to seal gaskets also adjusted legs so that unit sits level and doors swing closed as they should unit complete
