Jack was finally able to fix our Maytag washer by replacing parts, after 3 weeks of phone calls, multiple technician visits, troubleshooting connections, texting of videos, etc! We appreciate his attention to taking care of the issue.

George is one of a kind, very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. He took care of my problem multiple times and I do recommend George. He is a great asset to the company.

While George was very professional & polite he left us very frustrated. Our washing machine has been working perfectly since May, 2024 but on his 1st visit the only thing he did was tell me that “I” was the problem-using too much detergent & “I” was loading the towels improperly. The problem was not solved. On his 2nd visit he followed the phone specialist’s instructions stating he had recalibrated the machine. Again, the problem was not solved! I have had to wring out towels 3 different times & I’m still left with a tub 1/2 full of water! Frustration is putting it mildly!

George is the go to he knows what he’s doing. He’s very professional when he comes into your home. He goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. I appreciate him.
