"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, THE FREEZER DOESN¿T DOOR DOESN¿T SHUT PROPERLY CAUSING THE FREEZER TO DEFROS. The freezer door gasket is completely deformed, leaving gaps when closed allowing ambient air to get in freezer creating shaved ice all over the freezer. Tried to remove the existing gasket out of door but its foamed in and it started to pull the insulation and door out. Will need to replace the door it self.
