Overall, the job got done and the appliance (washer) now works; which is great. However, the scheduling of the appt. was a tedious process and was bounced around multiple people and phone numbers to finally get a valid appointment. Although the appointment windows were 4 hr durations, the tech only hit that window 2 of the 3 times they came out and were late for the other 2. Fortunately my parents are retired and were able to be home for those late times without issue. Additionally, not all parts were brought and available on the return trip, so it took a 3rd time; not sure how normal that is. None of the scheduling was ideal but bottom-line the tech did a good job and I’d utilize them again.
