Found that the unit will not go into a spin or agitate state. Found that Im getting 5.7 ohms from the motor at the red and orange wire at the J2 connection Found that the shifter is open and was not getting and ohms from the J2 connection. Customer complaint was that the unit has a clean vent signal that turns on throughout cycles. Unit is under warranty. Diagnose unit found unit with obstruction and lower. Customer cleared out duct as well. Advised customer to shorten duct run to give unit better circulation. Unit is functioning properly job is complete.

Customer complaint was that the unit was not spinning or draining clothes out. Unit is under warranty. Tested unit and found that issue was due to improper loading of unit along with loose connection at drain pump reconnected harness and tested unit unit now functions properly and is draining and spinning properly job is complete.

Our Washing Machine was making a really loud noise when shifting gears, it was not functioning properly so we called to have it repaired.
Our Service Technician was on time, because I am self employed I really appreciate that. He explained in detail what was wrong with the washer and showed us the part that had completely worn down to the plastic. He checked out the washing machine for other potential problems and everything else looked good. We are very happy with the great customer service with our technician . Thank you!

Well, Brandon fixed the squeezing and I'm thankful for that but the drier drum sometimes doesn't spin and the duct is leaving rust stains on the clothes.
