Visual and physical inspection plus functional testing conducted and found a broken door handkerchief and an obstruction on the exhaust. Obstruction has been addressed and the handle replacement is pending.; ordrng 1 W10861225 (Door handle)

Visual and physical inspection leads to a totally dead Control Panel and a unit that has gone into a perpetual drain cycle. Replacing drain pump and controller recommended.; ordrng 1 W11124821 (Controller) and 1 W10919003 (Drain pump)
