"Visual and physical inspection was conducted as it was the first time I was here, found unit not to be leveled and or plumbed. Consumer informed me that lows dont want to be responsible anymore and suggested to deal with whirlpool instead. So that being said, I have adjusted the front pegs as best as possible.As for now, consumers are fine with what I have done."
