Sampson was great. Unfortunately the refrigerator is not fixed. I have the freezer section on "min" as suggested by Sampson but the freezer is still forming condensation and water drops, foods are freezing too hard, ice cream forms crystals inside the containers. And the bottom refrigerator is on recommended but is also freezing fruits and vegetables on the bottom 2 shelves. I'll be phoning tomorrow to arrange for the appliance to be replaced as it seems it cannot be "fixed".
