"Customer complaint unit froze her tea once, under warranty. Customer explained temp control was on highest setting causing liquids to freeze on top shelf. When Jo arrived the temp was changed to recommended settings and and she explained that nothing is freezing now. Temps were set to high. Unit testing fine"
