Even though nothing was resolved due to the situation of my brand new Whirlpool refrigerator making weird sounds and the nice repairman from Appliances Repair Specialists needed to actually hear the abnormal sounds to pinpoint the issues and no luck the sounds didn't happen while he was present!! We even recorded the loud rattling sounds happened before and the repairman Stephen listened to it because of the policy of Whirlpool but still not much he can do because of the policy with Whirlpool. Unless there's a miracle the weird sounds will disappear on its own we're running out of options and it won't be fair to get the extended warranty just because the Whirpool fridge came in such condition and seemed unable to resolve and addressed the abnormal noises of a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator purchased less than a month ago!!! We appreciated the help and time of the repairman coming to help.
