"Ran diagnostics. Had f9e2, f8e4 error codes. Found water in float pan. Cleared out water. No leaks found from DW. Found over sudsing. Advised customer to use only DW tabs( no liquid or powder ), not to pre-rinse dishes( only scrape the loose food off ) fills, washes, drains, rinses, and dries properly ( with rinse aid ). Advise customer to use rinse aid for proper drying. Complete."
