Upon arrival found frosted under ice bin saw that ice shoot door was not closing all the way replaced it and tested it now is closing all the way advised customer to give us a call back if they have any issues job completed

Customer is complaining about a humming sound still. How much time is coming from the compressor? That is working just fine in a normal sound of operation. The second complaint from the customer is ice forming underneath the top freezer drawer only . I silicone all around the unit. I made sure all the gaskets look just fine. Theyre making proper contact. I cannot contact Line because its past me clock. I spoke with manager Jim he told me to try to put this iceman in. ; ordrng 1 W10864519 (Ic fan)

Upon arrival found refrigerator lights out replaced all LED modules. Unit is now lighting as intended. Job complete
