"Upon arrival, inspected unit and found unit with no power during my inspection I found a burnt out thermal fuse replaced thermal fuse, re-tested unit unit is not heating as intended and powering on as intended tested with a cup of water for two men dance water, heat it up perfectly fine. The unit was already taken out of the wall. Customer is going to re-install job complete; used 1 W11707984 (In-line thermal fuse) from stock"

"Needs 2x labor for the uninstall and then reinstalled of a stacked unit .I was getting a F2E1 error code. I uninstalled unit replaced the consul, then reinstalled unit properly. Tested unit after for function. Everything is working as designed at this time"
