I cannot give a definitive rating on the problem being solved or not because it is a problem that acts up occasionally and did not act up while Richard was here. However, he did seem to know that the control panel on the meat/dairy drawer is known for causing several of the problems we have encountered. Therefore, he disconnected the panel and we are waiting to see if that solved the issue. I appreciate his knowledge of the refrigerator and a possible solution to the issue. I’m hoping this is a rather simple fix to a complex problem. Thank you Richard.
