Jonathan is the most knowledgeable professional in his field. While fixing the issue he explained things about my appliance that was not in the manual to help extend the life of my appliance. He was friendly and respectful of my property as well. If I ever have a need for another repair I can only hope Jonathan is the one that shows up.

Jon arrived on time and was every knowledgeable and explained what the issue was, what was needed to repair and approximately how long the repair would take. In addition he left the area as clean as it was prior to the repair. Hopefully I won’t need his services again but if so I’d want Jon back to make the repair.
