"JB OUT 1/21/25 Upon arrival found lower oven door, crooked and hanging on only by right hand hinge. Removed lower of indoor found right hand, hinged damaged, left-hand hinge damaged. Oven inner door liner, damaged as well as left-hand and right hand hinge receivers.Ordering replacement parts as listed. Advised customer do not use lower oven until repaired. This is a safety issue. Oven could potentially. Ordering parts ; ordrng 1 4451718 (DOOR LINER) and 1 WP4455524 (HINGE DOOR) and 1 4455712 (RECEIVER HINGE LH) and 1 4455723 (RECEIVER HINGE RH)"

Upon arrival, Ran diagnostics and extracted stored error code F7E6 indicating engagement failure Removed motor rotor and found failed Slider assembly assembly. Estimate has been approved. Removed and install replacement slider assembly. Reassembled motor assembly. Tested operation verified no more stored error codes. Added clothing to wash tub and tested washer and quick wash cycle. Advised customer to remove to panel grill every 2 to 3 months and vacuum, the condenser coils directly behind the life of the product to ensure high-efficiency as designed. No charge to customer.
