"JB Out 4/18/23. Customer states washing machine will shut off approximately 6-8. minutes after starting cycle. Tested washer in normal cycle. Verified water flow entering. Washing machine is barely dribbling in. Advise customer unit is computer controlled and after a certain amount of minutes if the computer does not detect that the water level is correct or shut off the cycle. Advise customer to check house plumbing, and correct water flow issue. Possibly including cleaning screens at end of. Fill hoses. Advise customer of one time courtesy. No charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Verified that unit has NOT been converted for Liquid Propane gas and is factory set for Natural gas.installed replacement Igniter WE4M449. Tested heat circuit. Verified gas ignition. Verified flame is not correct size or color. Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer. ADVISED CUSTOMER AGAINST USE OF DRYER UNTIL A CERTIFIED PROPANE SPECIALISTS HAS PROPERLY MADE NATURAL GAS TO PROPANE CONVERSION. Inspected exhaust vent hood, found partially crushed. Recommend customers install replacement vent hood.No charge to customer NOTE if unit is used without correct propane conversion it may cause needed repair that will NOT. Be covered by the manufacturers warranty.No charge to customer JOB COMPLETE"
