Knocked and rang on door and doorbell no answer. Called customer via 3CX an left voicemail letting them know Id be able to wait 5 minutes and then Id have to move on. Left them the offices number if they needed to reschedule. Waited my 5. ; O-emld tckt

My experience with the technician was great! He was quick and professional. I greatly appreciate your service. However the machine is still doing what it did before, which is manufacture fault nothing to do with the technician. I just believe I got a faulty machine.

We have had a difficult experience from scheduling to receiving broken replacement parts. Our washer was functional for 2 wash loads and stopped working the same day our technician replaced multiple parts. Our washer was purchased in 2022 brand new. We are currently waiting for the technician to come back out to see what else can be done to fix our washer. This has been on going with this company since November 11th and we won’t see the technician until December 5th. Hopefully they can figure out what’s wrong with it soon.
