Customer added articles to wash, advised customer about using the bulky items cycle for maximum amount of water. Other cycles rely on the motor sensing the load. Also advised customer of off balance detection will cancel the cycle and leave the clothes soaked and no softener will be dispensed. Advised if this occurs customer has to run a drain and spin cycle to spin the clothes out and to dispense the liquid softener. Unit is functioning as designed."

"Disassembled the refrigerator compartment, removed cover to access the RC Evap motor, defrosted the cover and evaporater assembly. Verified voltage to the thermistor and motor. Removed the defective motor and harness assembly and installed the new one. Recycled power to the unit and verified the fc and rc fans are functioning."
