Cx states last tech here left the units unaligned and lots of screamed out of the unit and trim panels. Took pixOn removing trim found nearly all black screws that were remaining were stripped and ran in at incorrect angles with impact causing screws to strip in place.Need (4) Bumpers W10578780Need 2 screw kits W10519818Removed upper oven with oven dolly. Aligned lower unit with center trim panel. Cut boards to secure lower unit in place. Cut boards to attempt a support brace for upper oven as there is no hardware which holds it in place and there is plenty of room enough for unit to tip forward and fall out of enclosure. Need to return with more materials and bumpers/screws to make trim whole again.Will need a second man to assist with trim panels assembly. Cx is A° / states the RC doors closes on her as she is taking things out. Took recording of door open @ 90° and let door shut showing closing force.Adjusted rear legs down to ground to properly level unit. Verified doors are not swinging any harder than designed. Took side profile pictures showing unit is flush with cabinetry.Took second recording showing door closure after rear leg adjustment. Doors are operating as designed. Cx and her husband explained that every other refrigerator they had would softly closure the door just before closing automatically. Tech explained there are springs above the door hinges and that this model does not have a soft closure feature. Cx is unhappy with the brand. Cx next states that upper left hinge makes a squeak noise when opened all the way. Took recordings. Due to custom cabinetry unit needs to be lowered several inches to allow enough room from upper panel to be removed.Removed upper panel and checked hardware which all hardware that is reachable are tight.Lowered unit to wheels and rolled out to remove upper left door spring and hinge asm.Reinstalled base plate and verified torx fasteners are tight. Installed door bushing and cam plate and spacers and verified hardware is tight. Noise is coming from base plate flexing downwards when doors bump stop cam comes into contact with bolted in door stop block. Removed left side trim panel and took recording.Service matters Technical Service Pointer #: W11170909B noise from hinge area describes the issue and solution to this issue but this units serial # does not fall between KB01 - K840Spoke with Erick and suggested to disassemble cam and coaxed and lubricate w/ WD40 and if no improvement will document with Techline.Lubed components and no change still has a squeak / documenting w/ TechlineSR# 7738831443Parts list to replace per Tech-LinePart #3 on page 12 W11414335 top hinge asm subbed to W11673500 says in stockWould office please reschedule this call when parts are available; ordrng 1 W11673500 (Upper hinge asm)
