Found FC drain iced up. Deiced FC drain w/ steamer. Adjusted/ secured heater to drip tray. Unit is cooling properly at this time. Advised customer to make sure FC door is closed tight. Complete.

"Found RH RC door gasket peeling, magnet coming out. Replaced RH RC door gasket. Heat treated gasket. Advised customer to open RH RC door then LH RC door, close LH RC door then RH RC door. Advised to leave RC doors closed for 4 hours before opening. Reset temps. Advised customer not to block damper vent or edges of shelves for proper air flow and temps. Complete."
