Checked icemaker and icemaker site cools. And its not getting water. Check waterline coming into water valve. On off valve on waterline is faulty. Opened valve all the way removed water filter and re-insert the water filter and it was not getting any water into filter. Advise customer that the on off valve will have to be replaced. Do you know how we pulled out the water off the shut off. Customer also stated that the unit is not installed correctly. Or there is a gap on the left side. unit was not installed correctly and there is a gap. In order to fix insulation or have been removed. Advise customer that she needs to contact installation and to contact builder to have someone come out and to reinstall new valve and pull unit out and reinstall it properly.
