Found unit bouncing around causing banging noise. Found weak suspension. Ordering new suspension rods. Tub has a wobble to it due to worn drive hub. Will replace drive hub on return visit. Bring out agitator in case I have to break it off. Unit also isnt agitating. Causing unit not to wash properly. Ordering actuator and cam. Unit getting only 35 degreees in freezer. Unit needs sealed system. Ordering condenser and fridge Evap. Sealed system parts and labor covered under 5 year warranty.
