Customer said the unit flooded(it is not in the home because this happened to another unit) and does not finish cycles. Customer states the dryer drum does not turn. Checked washer fault codes: E11-long fill. Ran through numerous test that were inconclusive eventually I found the pressure switch was disconnected. Reset and secured pressure tube. Sand has gotten behind the blower and caused it to fuse togethe. Vvv b
