Float was lifted due to one of the wheels coming off of the lower rack and getting stuck under the float. Removed the wheel and reattached it to the rack. Water now fills the tub. All 3 spray arms do move throughout the cycle. There is no air gap and the drain hose does not have a high loop.

Cycled unit and found unit and Ill power in on. Customer states theres a burning smell. Inspected unit and found wire came off in outlet box causing short and breaker to trip. This is an installation issue. Informed customer of findings I suggested he contact installer to further assist. Job completed. Tried calling will pull safety team to document experienced wait long time and did not get through.
