Ran diagnostics and found error code 26. Found drain hose too far down the drain pipe causing water to siphon out before the washer can separate the cloths in agitation. Drain pipe has a slight clog causing water to fill up the drain pipe during drain. Instructed the customer to have a Plummer check out their drain pipe. Ran spin cycle and unit is balanced. Unit is operating as designed.
