Disconnected hose and found area plugged with lint. Cleared the lint, re assembled hose and instructed customer that the unit will need proper hose installation. I only cleared as far as my hand would go so please advise maintenance to fully clear the line if problem persists. Unit back operational."

New inverter started up compressor. Still wasnt cooling. Replaced compressor and ran a vacuum. Put charge in and unit started to cool. Found roaches next to the refrigerator and told customer they need to clean that before it hits the refrigerator and causing the refrigerator to fail. Customer is cleaning the floors around that area where the other freezer is. At this time after cleaning up putting everything back together fridge raider is cooling properly pressure is holding in is good job complete

"Checked temperature in the freezer, it was around 10F. Customer was blocking the air vents, in both compartments, also pushing items all the way to the back in the fresh food compartment blocking the airways. Ice build up on air vents. Advised the customer on how to properly place the items in the unit. Advised the customer to turn the unit off for at least four hours, and to leave the freezer door open for at least 4 hours to allow the ice in the vents to melt, to monitor the unit going forward, and to call us back if any issues"
