Verified proper voltage to fan from control. UNINSTALLED mw from above range to verify connection at fan. Fan was plugged in backwards. Installed connector to fan properly. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. REINSTALLED mw over range. Job complete.

Noticed the water hoses making contact with the units rear cover. Advised customer to secure the hoses away from the machine, also not to run too small of a load for the unit to balance itself properly. The unit is working as designed."

"Customer reports the unit has not been cooling or freezing properly. Accessed evaporator, no frost pattern on the evaporator, except on the incoming tube, leading to the bottom of the evaporator. Sealed system issue, probably a weak compressor. Condenser is completely clogged with debris, the compressor has been running hot for a while. Advised the customer given the age, and condition of the unit, it will be an expensive repair, the best way to go about it, is to purchase a new unit. Customer agreed."

Found a possible loose connection but where Im not too sure. At first the outlet had 123 volts but the control was only receiving 6 volts. Checked all connections and made sure they were inserted. After doing so the control is now receiving 123 volts and operating. Dont know what was loose but it is now fixed. Job completed.
