Plugged unit into electrical outlet and observed emergency pump out program running. Allow unit to run for seven minutes until computer reset. Tested unit in normal cycle verified proper filling, agitation draining and spinning. Advise customer to use clean washer with Affresh cycle once per month with a fresh washing machine cleaning tablet. Recommend HE detergent only and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum. Tested operation with customer. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts needed. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Removed the insulation from the screw holes, drove all three hinge screws, screws anchored in properly. Doors can be reversed now. Given the location of the refrigerator, advised the customer to think about reversing the doors. If the doors are reversed, it will create a small space where if anyone is using the sink or stove, they will be trapped in until the door is closed. Customer will think about it."
