Unit has no operation. The light in the oven does not even come on when the door is opened. Asked customer if the builders electrical technician has checked for power to the unit. The customer indicated the electrical technician did not remove the unit they just walked around and did something having to do with the breakers. There are 2 breaker boxes. The main where power comes in and a sub panel in the upstairs laundry (which is closer to the oven) there are 2 double throw breakers one in each box both labeled dryer . The breaker in the laundry does not turn off the dryer so I have to assume this is mis marked. I removed the oven from the wall but can not find any power with a NCVT in or around the unit. Instructed customer that they will need to contact their builder and have them send an ELECTRICIAN out to see why there is no power to the oven.
