Cx put sheets over middle of washplate. Cx instruct on loading properly and on softener she would need to choose deep rinse. Per softener tray. All ops normal. Showed client best settings and how to load to prevent shaking issue. Called techline they verified all ops normal cx to use deep rinse every time for softener

"Customer reports the unit is making a scraping noise during use, the noise started after the unit was moved from another location. Upon inspecting the unit, found damage to the cabinet on both lower rear corners, the damage is to the sides, and rear cover, also found the top has a dent on the left corner, close to the console. Accessed units interior, found the rear drum bearing worn out, replaced rear drum bearing, checked ops the unit is still making a noise, but is not as loud as before, explained to the customer, most likely the unit got damaged during the move, the cabinet is not 100% squared up anymore leading to the noise. Found drain tub not secured to the floor and part of the drain pipe rising up under neath the unit. Noise is coming from shield bumping the drain pipe on the drain tub. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran cycle and unit passed all tests.
