"Ran diagnostics, no error codes stored. All units ops check fine. Instructed the customer on the different cycles and options, advised the cuff they prefer more water in the wash basket, to use the Deep water wash, or Bulky cycles. Ran a bulky cycle with some sheets, allowed the unit to fill, pointed out the water level, customer understands the difference between the cycles and water levels. The unit is working as designed."
