"Customer reports the unit not cooling the fresh food compartment at all, it then started cooling again. On arrival, checked the temperature in both compartments, it checked fine. Ran fresh food compartment evaporator fan, the fan worked properly, inspected fresh food compartment for excessive frost, frost pattern checked fine. Reset main control board, accessed the compressor compartment, the compressor was very hot. Pointed out to the customer this model has a side vent on the left side rear corner, the unit is installed inside a cabinet very tight fit. Advised the customer to install a vent on the side of the cabinet to allow for more airflow to help run the compressor cooler for better efficiency. The unit is working as designed at the time of service."

"Units ice maker not producing ice. Found fill tube frozen, de iced fill tube, ran ice maker diagnostics, it went through the harvest cycle and filled as designed. Customer reports the fresh food compartment door swings open too violently. Raised the front of the unit to help with the issue, but advised the customer there is no door stop built into the hinges, advised to hold down to the door, and not to let go of it until it reaches its maximum opening position. The unit is working as designed."
