Found suspension rods are loose, when moving the basket by hand, it wobbles a lot ( sig of drive hub being worn out) tried removing the wash plate to access the drive hub assembly, but the wash plate is stuck, it will need to be broken off. Suspension rods, drive hub, and was plate need to be replaced. Provided estimate to the customer, customer declines the repair at this time."

"Used the SmartHQ device to run diagnostics, no error codes stored. Accessed cycle history, the unit was mostly set to 350F, all cycles showed the unit reaching proper temperature. There were a few cycles in which the oven door was opened anywhere from 6 to 10 times, pointed that information to the customer on the iPad screen, informed the customer every time the door is opened, the oven looses a lot of the heat, once the door is closed, it works to go back to the set temperature, but that extends the time it would take for the food to cook properly."

Installed all parts recommended from techline. Customer was sent a new fan motor from GE so I installed that one. Returning the ones we brought. The new motor and sensor did not fix the issue. I called techline again and preformed troubleshooting. They ended up closing the case and deeming the unit non repairable based On its history and continuous problems.
