Found the freezer door no sealing properly so it was building up a lot of frost in the freezer compartment. Also got frost on the evap fan so that is the reason for the noise. I correct the issue with the door so it is now sealing. The customer will be preforming a manual defrost to get rid of the frost on evap fan. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed.
