"Complaint with the unit the middle mullion was dripping water , and the dampener accumulated water droplets on the cover and drips , customer did not know there is a middle Molean moisture heater turn on button on the control turn that on and also let the customer know that they live you know less than 10 miles away from the beach high humidity will attract in that middle vet if doors are open prolonged for any length of time especially when youre getting outside humidity in the house unit is working as designed moisture should greatly reduced once the heater warms up that rail tried those parts of starting over unit is working as designed at this time"

While removing led module per instructions the wires were foamed in too bad and broke off inside liner before module was out enough to install connectors. I tried digging out foam but wires are pressed under tape inside liner making it impossible to get enough wire to repair. I called tech line at whirlpool, file Sr#7733888647. They said unit is unrepairable and for customer to contact extended warranty."

"Cleared fault codes that were displayed in test 56, per techline whenever replacing and icemaker or water line heaters reset the control board by unplugging or resetting the breaker for a minute. When code is not cleared ice production is disrupted per techline. Installed icm water line heater and front cover heater. Both heaters are functioning, verified in test 19 and during normal operation of unit, verified with temp probe. Customer stated that he was charged for the parts via over the phone."

Found soap scum and stuff on glass door causing leak out the front. Bellow having a hard time sealing. Cleaning glass door and running cycle with diagnostics test and calibration test. Found mold in dispenser and cleaning out. Found f0e1 code f8e3 unit had over suds. Ran test and all checked out. Changed the soap to level 6 because to much soap going in and they have soft water. Job completed.

"Upon arrival, found FC evaporator was completely iced up. Replaced control box. In diagnostics defrost heater is only drawing 1.3A/150W. Called tech line. SR # 7733566118. Per tech line this is normal amp/ wattage for a R600A refrigerator. Instructed customer to defrost unit completely for 2 days with FC door open and unit disconnected before restarting unit. Unit is working properly as designed. Complete."
