"Both door gaskets were coming off, the one on the freezer had come off completely, the customer had used double sided tape to try to keep it in place. A lot of sticky residue ( double sided tape) on the freezer gasket, door, and cabinet. Cleaned out the residue, replaced freezer door gasket, and re installed fresh food compartment one. Applied heat to both gaskets to de wrinkle and shape properly. Both door gaskets are staying on, and making a good seal throughout the cabinet."

Unit also equalizes after unplugged. Sr 7733826456 this is still under the customer warranty through lowes contract. Cleared out the debris, checked units ops, the unit is working properly now. The unit is not installed properly, no hose is connected to the hot water valve, the customer is using an adapter normally used on portable units. Advised the customer to correct the installation by connecting cold, and hot water hoses, and to use the original drain hose for the unit, the one on the adapter they are using, is too thin, and it might be partially clogged."

Found the issue to be the hose connected to water valve was loose so I removed the hose and reinstalled and ran a heavy cycle and no more leaks from the valve. All tested ok after repair. Job completed
