Unit not drying. I tested unit and found lazy flame at burner. I found that the venting was restricted be home unit. I pulled unit out and correct venting. All tests good.

"Unit was making a squeak upon arrival. Metal on metal sound. Disassembled the unit and found two things. The heat shroud in the back was bent and making contact with the basket as it spins. I was able to bend that back into place and correct it. Also found that the top and bottom bearing assemblies in the front were not installed correctly, also causing extra friction. I adjusted these as well. Unit is sounding good now. If called back, Im going to replace those front bearing assemblies. Complete."

"JB out 6/30/22. Customer states RC is too warm, foods spoil and very little ice production. Upon arrival, found ArC. And FC empty if all foods. Cooling control set (Freezer at #1 or5), (Refrigerator at #5)of 5. Inspected condenser coils and found blocked. Cycled ice maker and verified proper harvest and water fill functions. Instructed custom to set freezer at 4 out of 5 and refrigerator at 4 out of 5 for the duration of the hot summer weather. Tested damper in FF compartment and verified proper operation. Recommend customer remove toe panel grille EVERY 2-3 MONTHS and clean condenser coils. Alonso suggest the water filter be replaced every 6 months and that the display above the dispenser will illuminate to indicate .when to change the filter instruct on the importance of using ONLY the EVERY DROP BY WHIRLPOOL brand filter. No parts needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
