Found some placement of items were causing stuff to get too much air so it freezes. On the opposite side some items were starving for air because of the lack of air flow. "Both door gaskets were coming off, the one on the freezer had come off completely, the customer had used double sided tape to try to keep it in place. A lot of sticky residue ( double sided tape) on the freezer gasket, door, and cabinet. Cleaned out the residue, replaced freezer door gasket, and re installed fresh food compartment one. Applied heat to both gaskets to de wrinkle and shape properly. Both door gaskets are staying on, and making a good seal throughout the cabinet."
