Upon arrival found kitchen area surrounded with fans/ humidifiers. Cx stated while water was being turned back on units hose had popped off and leaked all over floor. Lots of water surrounded the entire kitchen. Measured an approximate affected area of 15x8. Kitchen cabinet corner splitting. Crown molding starting to separate. Found unit moisture sensor area filled with water causing unit not to advance and have an error code cleared all water and error codes. Unit now began to drain and found water on the backside of unit. Found drain hose clamp and hose not secured properly to outlet for drain. Cx has reached out to kitchen aid and express concerns for this unit and needs it replaced. Cx stated adjuster would be arriving today and would get more information and make and assessment. Cx will sent reporting to our office.

Found door strike and latch not lining up bent top of cabinet down to line up strike and latch all tested good
