"F9E2 F8E4 called techline File 7734220968. Tech line had me make adjustments to the leveling of the unit. The unit is now leaning back so that less water can escape the bottom of the tub and into the float switch trough. Also, I adjusted the amount of rinse aid being used per cycle. When running the unit without soap I had some suds inside. This is indicating detergent build up and/or too much rinseaide. Tech line also had me instruct customer on proper usage. When the water paddle is pressed, a beep could be heard, when the ice paddle is pressed, the ice door starts to open, slightly, and it stops right away. F3E3. Must have been an old code. Found no problems there. Cx was concerned That the load and go feature was not operating as designed. I ran through all troubleshooting tests for the load and go feature. The feedback sensor tested good. And the detergent pump is also giving detergent without issue. I also found that the intensity setting was almost at maximum which was causing the dispenser to use a very small amount of detergent per load. I instructed customer on how to change the setting. I found nothing else wrong with the unit. Collected service fee. Complete.

Removed drawer and found some loose bolts along the body. Tightened down the bolts underneath the frame and locked legs in place. Ran another cycle with a heavy load and unit did not move and customer approved. Unit is operating as designed."

"Customer concerned with vibration sound while running and a flap shutting sound. Customer also stated that they smell an odor that was described as wet dog. I ran unit and verified that the vibration sound was the upper interlock switch not making full contact which also will cause heating issue. I removed control panel and verified proper operation of upper and lower interlocks. Instruct customer to make sure to close door firmly. I verified that the flap sound inside venting is normal as the blower turns off and on. As for the odor, I was unable to verify the odor and didnt see signs of failure inside cavity."
