The ducting vents on the roof. Instructed customer the unit is working as designed the ducting needs to be cleaned.

"Lid was broken at the left hinge, not allowing the lid to close properly for the lid lock to engage to be able to start any cycle. Lid assembly needs to be replaced in order for the unit to work properly. Provided an estimate for the lid replacement, the customer agreed to proceed with the repair. Replaced the lid assembly, calibrated machine, ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine. The lid is opening and closing as designed, no cosmetic issues."

"Replaced ui and panel assembly, long drain code detected. Cleared code, found an obstruction in the dishwasher line, cleared line and ran the drain pump, drain pump is functioning, did not use the drain pump. Ran a normal cycle and verified that dishwasher cycles are functioning and sump and motor is functioning. Water is back flowing from the garbage disposal and up the air gap. Recommended to customer to have a plumber check the drain line and replaced the old air gap. The dishwasher is functioning as designed"
