Ran diagnostics on refrigerator. Checked refrigerator and refreeze or thermistor and both passed. Checked evaporator fan and Deppner door. Evaporator fan ran in depth and door was open and close. Customer had a carton pushed up against the right side wall directly underneath thermistor. This was most likely blocking airflow causing refrigerator to run constantly and cause food to freeze. "F2e1. F7e1. Cleared error codes, ran diagnostics, unit would not agitate or spin. Accessed underneath the unit, found an avocado seed/pit was resting underneath the motor shield, it had pushed the motor shield up, and the belt pulley/ cam had broken off. Replaced actuator, and splutch mechanism. Calibrated machine, ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine. The unit is working as designed."

Found unit within specified model and serial for heater replacement. Found electrical installation issue when removing electrical wiring to pull unit out. Found two bare wires coming from home supply conduit. No ground installed either. Found burnt marks on junction box and cover. Also had a strong burnt odor coming from it. Informed cx a licensed electrician would have to address electrical conduit and installation. Installed heater but left breaker off for dishwasher. Informed cx Dow is inoperable until issue is fixed.

"0.24 when testing blue wire to compressor & pink wire reading .46. After called & spoke w/ Ronnie from tech line. Tested pressure low side reading 23 almost 24 & no reading from high side. Ronnie stated it sounds like a restriction possibly in cabinet. Frigidaire/ Electrolux does not have a fix or repair kit to fix, so deemed unrepairable. FILE # 85669811. 3 to 5 business days. Customer will be contacted. This unit they have not other parts available. All back ordered. Job completed"

"Tech line Rich SR#7734335029Complaint is the convection fans are noisy replaced the convection fan blades , same noises , pulled unit corrected the feet on the oven , went to the back to replace fan motors but found damaged base and back panels are bent and bottom is not repairable , called tech line , tech line took pictures and sent them there Rich said oven is not repairable this should have never been installed there was no way the installers didnt see it , I saw it right away , Rich said the warranty is almost up and the customer will have to go back to the dealer who sold and installed the oven to get it replaced , The oven is not repairable"
