"Upon arrival found unit with warm temperature on the refrigerator section and built frost on the evaporator causing failure. Call tech line, after check voltage for fan on the refrigerator section, on the control board and we get 12.7 volts, check voltage on the fan cabinet and no voltage was detected. Tech line call this unit irreparable. Give the SR number to the customer, customer needs to call customer service whirlpool for the next steps. Job complete SR: 7734396145"

"Sr#7734399949 customer stated that the first time they used the dishwasher after the heater was replaced they stated that they had smoke co unit out of inside and a red light was on. The red light just means that the heater is on. I tested unit through diagnostic, all tests normal. I called tech line and we think there was left over silicone from manufacturing still on the heater and it was burning off. All tests normal."
