"Looks like ice maker is over filling and water is spilling down to ice bucket clumping cubes. On last visit I installed new ice maker and adjusted fill level down on new ice maker, water test at dispenser gave me 7oz of water in 8 seconds showing proper water pressure and flow to unit. I believe turning water fill down on ice maker caused a unit to under fill this leaves ice in tray causing the next fill up to overfill tray. Adjusted fill back up on ice maker and ran several tests until proper water level in tray was reached"
