"Upon arrival found I doesnt patter on bottom coils. Removed cover and found ice ball and top coils frosted. Pressures were -4 in low side and 113 high side. Per tech support unit is possibly under charged, removed charged. Removed unit and reinspected previous repair and found no leaks. Recharged system and reisnwpct for pressure. Unit has inverter compressor -6 low side and 130 psi high side. Reconfirmed pressure with AP . Pressures are good. Bottom coils of evaporator now have a frost pattern. Job complete"

"Customer reports the unit started leaking water underneath the door ( a lot of water). On arrival, ran a normal wash cycle, allowed the u it to fill, and wash. The unit went through the first portion of the cycle, drained, and filled again, allowed the unit to work for a few more minutes, no leaks present. Pointed it out to the customer, advised them to use the unit, to monitor it, and to call back if the issue persists. Ran diagnostics, no error codes stored."
